Add and update the number of task status:'Done' in a task type, this can be updated every time the task status is changed. The Summary needs to be above the Column Name and also have a freeze in the sheet after exporting into datasheet. This summary can be further improvised by updating the summary data from the shots page to the sequence page and then to the projects page maintaining the data.
