I would like to change the role of people from one project to another. For example an artist on one project who became a supervisor for another.

Allow the studio manager to assign user roles per Project, not Studio.
As a studio with a lot of user overlap, a user may be managing an entire project while only animating on another - their roles and permissions need to reflect this
