Ability to draw over video when zoomed

It would be incredibly useful to have the ability to zoom in on the playblast video and draw directly on the zoomed-in view. Currently, we can zoom in on the video, but when we select the pencil tool to draw, the video reverts to its original 100% zoom level. Thank you!

+1 - Ideally you can zoom into a large image or video and sketch a detailed annotation. This could be a full annotation or work with the "Attach a snapshot from your annotation" that takes the snapshot at the current zoom level - highlighting the zoomed area and the annotation
