Allow Studio Manager and/or Supervisors to have the option to write comments that the Client can see

When sending a Playlist for review to a Client, we very often need to specify some things in writing. Sometimes the shot by itself isn't enough, we need to explain why it was done this way.
There could be a button on the side of the comments published by the Studio, that you could turn "on" for it to be seen by the Client as well.

This option is really needed. It's super wierd when the client comments something and I'll have to write them an email instead of just keeping the conversation in one place.
A toggle in the settings like the one to isolate the clients comments would be great! Or if the supervisor/manager tags the client in the comment, that would make it readable by them. That way artists would understand that the comment is targeted to the client or that the comment would be hidden for the artist if the client is tagged

Definitely useful functionality, this would help a lot with resolving client queries on uploads quickly.
