Allow v0/Layout/Client Reference in shots

Often times we get references or layouts of a VFX Shot from the editor or client. Especially when onboarding Artists or showing them a shot, it would be helpful if we could add the layout/reference or clean playout as v0 into the shots. This way we could always reference the layout while keeping the versioning intact. Right now if we would want to do something like this, the artist would have to start at v2.

Frank Rousseau It could possibly be used for that, but it would of course be much easier if we had everything inside the shot. The Artist wouldn't have to click into Concepts but simply see everything inside the shot assigned to them. And this way we wouldn't need to create both a Concept and a Shot. For me, it wouldnt need to be a specific "reference" version. Simply v0 would be fine. But right now Kitsu doesn't seem to allow v0.
And most importantly we can show the artist the original plate or layout for them to decide if they can take on the shot. Instead of having to send them the playout separately
