Ability to create half- calendar and schedules

Often it doesn't take an artist a full day to complete a task, so scheduling in a half-day or hours would be preferable.
The same for leaves - sometimes people option for a half-day as opposed to a full day off. We were trying to use Kitsu as our main schedule / timesheet planner but couldn't due to this.

For the dates, I don't see how we can changes this. For the estimation, you can use floating values to set value lower than a day. For the day off, it can be improve and allow half-day off.

additional - if we can, in the preferences, define the length of a man-day in hours it would help define the entry. Alternatively, have the option to dial in hours to determine time. VFX production can get very granular especially on short jobs and at crunch time...
