Add a Cut Tool to split Tasks and create breaks

This would be very helpful to visualize breaks of specific tasks. For example if there is a vacation, or the client/partner comes back with new tasks after it ended.
I created this mockup in Krita with a scissors material design button and did dirty copy pate of timeframes to visualize it.
Alternatively, you could also right click a task and then select (split task).
Would be good to know what could be broken in Kitsu/Zou currently.

I am currently working on a branch for Zou and Kitsu on my own repo. If someone has time it would be great to test it and provide feedback. This is quite a big change in the UI and might break some things. But looks like a feature that makes sense
