Link the deleting of a column in the Shot Tap to the Planning Tap presentation

For exemple I don't have any Compositing for the Sequence 2 in my project. I delete the column for this sequence and I would like to have it delete in my Planning as well, as I don't have any days to plan on this task for this sequence.

Currently we're storing our previews (just a frame from the shot) in a separate task as it's the easiest way to set everything up this way.
If one sequence now only have comp-work, under Sequence Stats it says that the sequence is 50% done. It's not.
So for us the stats doesn't show a correct representation for the project.
We also have a custom Task Type just for generic questions of the shot, not really related to any department. For example a dialog between our two VFX sups on who they should assign to the specific shots.
